How it Works
Children are taught a maths topic at school. Teachers send out the related Maths with Parents resources
Parents receive a short video explaining the method their child is currently learning
Parents and children play fun maths activities together, which bring maths to life

Mathematics Mastery is dedicated to transforming mathematics education in the UK. Mathematics Mastery has a vision for all children to enjoy and succeed in maths, regardless of background and believe that high-quality, maths-focused professional development for teachers can make this happen.

Mathematics Mastery have assisted in the development of some of Maths with Parents' videos and activities, through the sharing of resources and ideas.
The NRICH Project aims to enrich the mathematical experiences of all learners. To support this aim, members of the NRICH team work in a wide range of capacities, including providing professional development for teachers wishing to embed rich mathematical tasks into everyday classroom practice.

Nrich provide problem solving tasks to complement the Maths with Parents activities, and help our parents and children dive deeper into the world of rich mathematics.
Teach First is an educational charity working towards a day when no child's educational success is limited by their socio-economic background.

Maths with Parents won the Teach First Innovation award 2017, meaning that they provide a range of hands on support and funding to help us grow and develop, in order to maximise our impact on young people.
